UST WHEN I THOUGHT ATTORNEYS CANT BE TRUSTED!!! Hanging around with the wrong crowd after 25 yrs clean and sober got Mr into dome trouble... Without going into great detail, I was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident when I wasn't even driving and possession of drugs when I had NONE on me a...nd the person I was with clearly had them on her... With a master's degree I couldn't get a job washing dishes with my new found record so I decided to advertise for cleaning and painting...Long and behold I got arrested for that as well for no workman's comp insurance ( a felony)... ALL THREE of these attorneys told me at the time they took my money that they would 'get me a full aquittal'.. They did NO SUCH THING... CONVICTION CONVICTION CONVICTION!!! By the time I hired Lee, I was tainted and did not believe there was any justice in our draconian, 'you're guilty until proven innocent' legal system... I still can't believe the outcome from this latest arrest for '4' 3rd degree felonies.. I stated my case to Lee, he looked at all the documentation... There was a silence that felt like an hour but was really only a few mins and said " I think I can get adjudication withheld and no probation but, I can't garuntee it" Needless to say, I had my doubts but he was the 5th attorney I interviewed and he came highly recommended by everybody I spoke to so I decided to take the plunge... I know this sounds odd but, I also saw integrity in his eyes I had not seen in any other attorney thus far... After several court appearances, extensive correspondence and verbal negotiations with the prosecutor he was able to get 'adjudication withheld' after I completed probation... My probationary period was 1 day UNSUPERVISED... Most importantly NO CONVICTION!!! I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS ATTORNEY... He is intelligent, honest to a fault and compassionate!!!! This is a hard combination to find in attorneys let alone most human beings these days!!!! I highly highly recommend Lee Pearlman for your legal needs....
