I hired Mr. Roger Futerman as council for my criminal complaint case. I consulted over the phone and asked to meet Mr. Futerman for a personal consultation. Me indicated that there was no necessity by replying; why? Being as he had served me once before in the past to clear up an eronious court rep...ort with some success I felt that the phone call would be sufficient. Upon describing my case he indicated that he could get the criminal complaint against me “thrown out” or taken to trial. He then invited me to his office making sure I had the correct address. Being as I already knew the office location I proceeded to accept his invitation and contract with him to be my hired council. I then signed a contract whereby I believed other attorneys would assist but he would remain as lead council. As the pre trial process played out I found that it was very difficult to converse with any attorneys at all. Even my emails were mostly left unanswered. When I got a reply it was handled by a paralegal. The only other time I talked about my case with a lawyer was when a disposition was in the offing. It required me to plead no contest and pay other court related expenses. I indicated that I was unhappy and he then erroneously claimed that the judge handling my case is harsh and I was looking at a one year sentence. I already knew the maximum possible penalty was no more than 60 days and I later emailed the said facts. Being as I had already paid $4500 of my hard earned dollars I reluctantly accepted the offer feeling that he had no real interest in defending in court. His last words in person to me was “ this is a case that you would lose”.

I had an attorney already who was telling me there was nothing she could do but get me county time. I went to Roger the day before court and hired him to keep me from being incarcerated. He did exactly as he said he would do and kept me out of jail. Truly a blessing and if I am ever in need again he ...will be the first stop I make. He will do what he says and will not lead you on. He listens and is easy to reach and will not leave you dumbfound or make you feel as if your questions are stupid. Thanks again Roger your amazing!!!

Roger is one of the best attorneys I have encountered. Honest, tells you what to expect and knows the law. He is a straight shooter who will RETURN your calls, know your case and represent you the best way possible. I am sure there are other great attorneys out there, I know there are a lot of horrib...le attorneys, I can assure you (since I have experienced a bad attorney) you do not want to take a chance. Roger is top notch and works with integrity.

I got a 3rd conviction DUI earlier this year. Because it was a 3rd conviction, it was considered a FELONY. Anyone who I have ever mentioned this man to has said the same thing... He is a beast. I have retained Futerman twice, as well as knowing many other people who have had Futerman represent them in their cases and have never been disappointed. Both times I had retained Futerman were for my significant ...other who has a complicated case that has been haunting him for 10+ years. The first time, although he told me not to get my hopes up and expect a release, is exactly what his delivered. This last time... Was the scariest thing I ever experienced in my life. In a nutshell, the state of Florida wanted to take my significant other away for a long time. The ending of my story is that Futerman had him released THAT day and I get to wake up next to my significant other every morning. I would recommend him to anyone looking for criminal defense representation. Cheap work isn't good... And good work isn't cheap. Futerman may cost a pretty penny, but each and every cent is worth the results he produces.
