I am an attorney and CPA who focuses on probate administration, estate planning, Medicaid nursing home asset protection planning, tax planning, estate litigation and guardianship issues. Most of our work is done on a flat fee basis (so you know the total cost before hiring us.) My firm handles cases throughout the state of Florida, and works as co-cousel to referring attorneys in probate litigation matters as well. Extremely ethical lawyer. Honest and very knowledgeable. Michael represented me in my Mother’s probate case. While it was a difficult process for me at a time while I was grieving, Michael made the legal process easier to understand and expedited a settlement. This is the right lawyer to hire.

My father had used Mr. Heider's Law Office to prepare a Trust. Upon my father's passing , as you might expect , we had several questions. We called Mr. Heider's office on a couple of matters and they would not take any additional money for the information that was provided for us. The whole experience from everyone concerning this Company was outstanding. One of the best I have worked with in my Life.

Working with this law office was absolutely great in every way possible. Michael and his legal staff were always accessible though out the process to answer any of my questions. They always kept me informed of the status of my case proceedings. I think that I could not have found a better law office to handle my estate and probate case. I previously used a different law office that was recommended to me by a friend to handle my father's estate. Using this law office was was a far better experience. Michael is a amazing attorney and just awesome person in general, he with no hesitation took our case in even with its complicated circumstances. Throughout the case he kept us updated on what was going on and explained things in a way we could understand. Any time a choice had to be made he always looked for our best interest in mind rather then his own. If you need an attorney you won’t find one better!
