Awesome Attorney!!!!

After being hit while riding my bike on a sidewalk by a driver who never even looked for pedestrians, Ms. Neal was there the moment I called her. She came to my house (the bike was my only transportation) and helped me with everything. I received personalized assistance and even though the driver... didn't have Bodily Injury Insurance to help me cover the medical bills I'm left with after his insurance stopped coverage along with any pain and suffering issues (fx rib, partially collapsed lung, etc) she still did all she could to make sure my personal property was replaced quickly and at no cost to me. I am, and was, very impressed that she took the time to help me with my case as much as she could without any charge to me. I VERY HIGHLY recommend Ms. Neal. She is very professional, prompt, and really cared about me and my injuries. If I ever need a personal injury attorney again, (but I hope I won't!) I will not hesitate to call her again.

Katherine Is The Very Best!

Months ago, I slipped in a puddle in a supermarket and hurt my leg. I called Katherine Neal for help, and it was the best decision I could have made. She could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful or sweeter. She made my case a top priority, and took every single one of my calls immediately. She... guided me through the process and gave me top-notch advice. Even though she did not make a dime off of my case because I decided not to file a lawsuit as my injury did not turn out to be as severe as I had feared, Katherine made me feel like her most important client! I tell everyone that if they need a lawyer, call Katherine and she will take excellent care of you. I will never forget her kindness.

Absolutely wonderful

Katherine was very helpful and empathetic towards my case. I was stabbed in the chest by an employee of a dance club and Katherine, I feel, tried her best to overpass the awful loop hole infested insurance company that the facility carried. I appreciate all the help from Ms Neal. I called her with so... many questions, I embarrassingly cried over the phone and in person, and I was scared considering the trauma I'd just gone through. Unfortunately we lost, but Katherine was so very understanding and I felt so at ease and I needed that very much throughout that time. Thank you again so much.

Personal Injury Representation by Katy Neal

With whom this concerns: Legal representation is something that is an extremely personal experience whereby you are asked to extend total trust in another, generally unknown to you, for a guaranteed fee which will be received irrespective of outcome. At the very least, the proposition is frighten...ing. Now add to that the fact that you have been compromised in some sort of injurious accident that has left you physically, financially and emotionally compromised. Seems like a highly unfavorable scenario. I can assure you that it feels that way up and until you are greeted by Katy Neal and her team of associates. Empathy, kindness, genuineness, understanding of your limitations, and an amazing drive to see to it that you are treated fairly, with dignity and respect are hallmarks of her practice. Unlike many attorneys that simply push you off on to their paralegals, Katy is readily available and returns every correspondence or call in an exceptionally timely manner. After she has seen to it that you receive appropriate medical attention, rehabilitation, and are on the road to maximum medical improvement, she begins her full on frontal assault of the insurance carriers. To suggest that insurance carriers have made things extremely adversarial is understated. Her aggressive representation is relentless. She is not satisfied until she has recovered every possible cent available to you and negotiated your medical bills down to a level of reasonableness that seemed improbable. I know all of this about Katy because I was involved in two seperate, not at fault, MVA's on 10/22/2013 and again on 9/16/2015. In 2013, I was hit and significantly injured by a driver that ran a red light and in 2015 I was hit by a wrong way driver resulting in a vicious roll-over accident pinning me upside down for 40 minutes. Both major traumas landed me in Tampa General Hospital and shortly thereafter under Katy Neal's watchful eye. I am happy to report that she diligently looked after my medical care, rehabilitation and then maximized the the personal injury compensation received. Anyone looking for kind, ethical, responsive, attentive representation who possesses a big bite to go with a surprisingly loud bark ought to consult Katy Neal and her highly respected and decorated office. Grateful Client/Artist with Wrist and Hand Injury in St. Petersburg

Katherine Neal and her office provided the absolute best service imaginable. I hired Katherine last April 2013, following an accident , where I was struck to the ground by a flying (airborne) vendor tent that was picked up by the gusting wind, because it was not anchored. My wrist was broken and requ...ired surgery. It was my right hand , my art and writing hand and I was out of work during a 16 week recovery. I am still in therapy 16 month later, have had another surgery, because of extensive nerve damage and have been left with a hand deformity called Boutinniere's. My ability to create art work and to teach certain classes, such as pottery have been greatly impacted.I was treated professionally and with utmost kindness. I had never experienced an attorney before that had the ability to be both professional and have empathy for the suffering I was and continue to endure. All of my questions were promptly answered, I was kept up to date about my case, and I never once felt that she or her assistant did not have time for me. I felt as if the kindness and concern extended to my family members , who were my caretakers for several weeks , when I could not drive, dress, bathe, or prepare meals for myself. I was given lots of information to read, plenty of email and office time, phone contacts as needed and was kept in the loop at all times throughout the process. This was a terrible traumatic experience that impacted every area of my life and I can't imagine going through it with anyone nicer and and more knowledgeable and professional than Mrs. Neal.
