    did they file a forfeiture action? If they did it belongs to the department. You get notice and 15 days to contest.

    It depends on the prosecutor. Usually 2 prior misdemeanors can be admitted but it is up to the state attorney.

    where are you meeting? is it a mediation or courtroom setting? is it an informal meeting at the attorney's office? call the attorney andd ask or just take the person with you and see. the worst anyone can do is to say no.

    you need to get the permission of the judge, particularly if you are on probation in Polk County.
