. I am a mom with two children. A friend referred me to Attorney John Simms. My case was a bit more complex than the normal divorce case. John did an outstanding job with my case to bring things into focus that centered on enforcement of alimony, child support, and equitably distribution. After having gone through a three-year divorce process with another lawyer who I also have a great deal of respect, I came to John with mounds of orders, pleadings, and other papers entered with the courts. My Ex-husband was never going to cooperate. I needed help. I needed a fresh perspective. When I meet with John the first time and told him of my situation, he was calm, comforting, he knew of my ex-husbands attorney, and he agreed to take my case. His legal assist Judy is a gem. I love her dearly. I do not know what John would do without her. She too is very knowledgeable and very loyal to her profession and John. Family law is highly emotional; lawyers take your life into their hands. No, I did not get everything I wanted. Nobody does. I think there are fallacies in the judicial process and judges make mistakes too. Nevertheless, I prevailed on most everything. John has a extraordinary level of ethics, I have confidence him, I have faith in Judy, and faith in his office. John is knowledgeable about the law, his office has outside resources, he is straightforward, he is proficient in what he does, and he shows compassion for your needs as you work thru this very difficult time . You won’t be sorry.

Great lawyer and was very knowledgeable. As with most lawyers the only thing that would make him perfect would be quicker responses to emails and calls.
