We worked with Tammi to adopt our daughter. It was our first adoption and our daughter's birth family circumstances were a little unusual. Tammi did a wonderful job of (1) navigating through the process; (2) keeping us informed and reassured; and (3) coordinating with our daughter's birth mother to... keep her informed, as well. Anytime Tammi was called out of town she always had plans in place in case we needed her and made sure we were "good" prior to her leaving town. Between these two ladies we were informed every step of the process, always felt like they were just a call away and helped make the adoption process smooth and as stress free as possible.
