I have been passionate about representing only the injured since I began my career at Jorgensen, Romanello and Gibbons in 1998. I could never represent an insurance company because I find their practices to be reprehensible. I come from a working class background, so my practice focused primarily on workers compensation claims initially. From the beginning of my practice, I have realized that my clients often need assistance with their Social Security Disability claims, so I have been sucessfully representing claimants to help them obtain SSD since 1998. Using the skills I honed litigating workers compensation claims, I began to assist my clients who were injured in motor vehicle accidents or slip and falls. My family is rooted in the St. Petersburg community and I strive to treat my clients as if they are family.

I have known Lynn for years. During my time as a Workers’ Compensation defense attorney we had many cases against each other. She is a excellent advocate for her client and is not afraid to fight for what is right. I feel comfortable sending clients who need help with Workers’ Compensation matters to Lynn because I know they will be well represented. I endorse Lynn for Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability.
