Christina L. Sandvoss was born and raised in Kent, Ohio where my father had his own thriving general law practice. Growing up around the law field, I aspired to become a lawyer at a very young age. I received my undergraduate degree from the University Of Toledo. I subsequently attended Ohio Northern School Of Law in Ada, Ohio where I received my law degree. While I of course was welcomed into the family practice, I chose the harder path and relocated from the snowy north to sunny St. Petersburg and have been residing and practicing law in Florida for the last twenty years.
I worked several years for the State of Florida in child welfare in both Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. I opened my own Law firm in 2005 and has been practicing Family Law including matters of divorce, child support, child custody, domestic violence injunctions, stepparent and adoption as well as private dependency law including termination of parental rights.
I have been actively involved with child welfare system since 1999 and have served as a child investigator, guardian ad litem, and have prosecuted as well as defended child abuse cases in the State of Florida. I recently became a parenting coordinator to assist my clients and others in high confict custody matters.
I am licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Middle District of Florida, and I am a certified family law and dependency mediator. I offer services both as a court appointed mediator as well as private mediation in my office.
I find that continuing my education in many fields helps me understands the needs of my clients. After obtaining my Florida real estate license, I became a licensed Florida real estate broker and now operate a residential and commercial brokerage named Tampa Bay Domicile, LLC.
