Federal Suit Assistance
John has helped me with a very unusual labor suit, filed by someone in jail. This person never worked for me but filed against me in Federal Court so a differenct set of rules were in force. John understood the rules of the Federal Court system and guided me through this process.

Be Careful!
If you have social security disability, he might be good. If you have a personal disability policy that you bought from an insurance company....FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY! He will really mess up your case, charge you a lot of money, and not get the results you deserve. You'll have to hire a new attorne...

LASK OF COMMUNICATION AND MISHANDLED MY CASE
I would advise anyone looking at Mr. Tucker to keep looking. After signing a contract with him he basically ignored us.
