A David in a world full of Golieth's

When disabling injuries had, in a instant, changed my life forever... the future looked bleak, to say the least. Pain, being my constant companion, made taking on two "Giant(s)", my LTD Insurance Carrier & Social Security, looking hopeless... Having wasted alot of precious time w/ other Law Firms, Jo...hn Tucker took my case and ran with it... even though I didn't have a dime to offer him. He & his right hand, Emily, were like working with "friends". They never failed in any area of customer service. He won both cases (ERISA & SS) without me having to get out of my pajamas! I'll be eternally grateful to him & Emily and all the various YellowPages Attrtorneys that kept referring me to "John Tucker!" Everyone knew he is "THE ERISA Attorney"! As well as all other areas of Law he covers. I'd choose him again, in a heartbeat!

Federal Suit Assistance

John has helped me with a very unusual labor suit, filed by someone in jail. This person never worked for me but filed against me in Federal Court so a differenct set of rules were in force. John understood the rules of the Federal Court system and guided me through this process.

John V. Tucker rating/review

He stepped up to the plate to represent me but after reading my judged decision wording wise, even though there was substantial proof that my judge falsified almost every medically documented evidence he couldn't care less to follow up appeals wise. To me it then seemed it was all about the dollar an...d nothing to do with caring for someone that has met social security guidelines from day one eligibility wise. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone legal wise aside from trying to save the client a few dollars.

Be Careful!

If you have social security disability, he might be good. If you have a personal disability policy that you bought from an insurance company....FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY! He will really mess up your case, charge you a lot of money, and not get the results you deserve. You'll have to hire a new attorne...y to fix the issues he caused. Good Luck!
