Justice

John Tucker was the only attorney who would take my specialized case and even though chances of winning were slim, with John's expertise, we prevailed! I would recommend John Tucker to anyone. He was knowledgeable and patient with answering my many questions. Thank you, John. Great Job.

The BEST, above all the rest!!!!

Mr. John Tucker represented me during my social security appeal in a courtroom. In the lobby of the courtroom, Mr. Tucker stood out to be the best over other attourneys, that seemed to be lost and unsure of themselves. Mr. Tucker was prompt and available for any need or "stupid question" I may have h...ad. Mr Tuckers Paralegal , Dana, was just as outstanding and prompt. This firm WILL get the job done right and as fast as they can. They are 100% knowledgeable in every aspect of social security and they KNOW how to approach social security laws better then any law firm. Mr Tucker and his associates are amoung the elite in attourneys. You don't find them like that anymore. They are for real! Thanks Mr. Tucker and Dana, you both saved my life. The future is looking better because of your firm. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! God Bless and I will continue to "brag" about your firm to everyone!

Be Careful!

If you have social security disability, he might be good. If you have a personal disability policy that you bought from an insurance company....FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY! He will really mess up your case, charge you a lot of money, and not get the results you deserve. You'll have to hire a new attorne...y to fix the issues he caused. Good Luck!

LASK OF COMMUNICATION AND MISHANDLED MY CASE

I would advise anyone looking at Mr. Tucker to keep looking. After signing a contract with him he basically ignored us. From what I can see he spends his time signing new clients and does not have sufficient time to handle the ones he has. I won't waste your time with the details but we depended on h...im and he let us down. Walk away from this one. You're better off doing it on your own.
