OUTSTANDING

Atty Tucker and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I had been fighting for years I was stuck at 80%. I was skeptical due me being in Virginia and office in Florida it did not matter. He doesn't give up he is not paid until you are paid. He never gives up just get the things he needs and do as he ask...s. I would have not gotten any back pay and never got any in the past with another Attorney I dealt with closer to home. His fee of 30% is very reasonable considering the prior lawyer. He and his staff will keep you updated, check in with you, respond to your questions, treated like a human being. He is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, outstanding. HIRE HIM YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WORK !!!!

Always there for you!

My husband had 3 major back surgeries in 9 months and was permanently unable to return to work. After paying for disability insurance for over two decades it was discouraging to be denied disability payments. Two previous attorneys had accepted the insurance company's denial without a fight and we to...o had given up, but then we were referred to John Tucker. It took over two years but neither my husband's complex health issues nor a combative adversary kept John from prevailing on My husband's behalf. His knowledge of the law, communication and strategic skills and his attention to detail are outstanding. During this time my husband also suffered a massive heart attack. John continued working the case with me and I will always appreciate the respectful, compassionate and patient way John worked with me through that tough time. John prevailed with both the insurance company and the Social Security Administration. We began receiving monthly benefits including all compensation we were owed, back to my husband's date of filing. We will be forever grateful. LTD and SSI approved within 10 months

From the moment I met Mr. Tucker (January 2015) I knew I was in good hands. I believe its important to obtain an attorney who believes your story and from the beginning he understood and believed and his mission was to solve my legal problems, so I hired him. From the beginning, the entire staff wa...s professional and responsive when I had concerns or questions. I always felt "in the loop" when anything of significance happened. Great Lawyer for Vets

I'm a retired Marine. I got so tired of dealing with the VA and my DAV rep. It just seemed like it was one thing after another causing a delay in my claim for service connected benefits. I contacted John to help me. He was able to get documents and records to help my claim move along. After many long... years of dealing with the VA, I am so glad I hired John. He really fought for me and got the VA to pay me for being totally disabled and unemployable after serving my country.
