I had the misfortune one evening, while walking my dog, of running into an extremely reckless police officer who decided to arrest me for absolutely no reason at all. I was charged with only one thing. Resisting arrest without violence (A class D misdemeanor) which of course begs the question “Arrest for what?” How this can be a stand-alone charge is baffling to anyone except those who earn their living in the JUST-US system. I am 51 years old with a clean record, and a conceal carry permit. Apparently, being harassed and abused by the state is perfectly reasonable now in America while it descends into becoming a banana republic. After I spent five hours in jail, I was released on $100 bond. Two months went by and to my shock, our repugnant, money hungry court system decided to indict me on this single, bulls**t charge. The greed and corruption of our government knows no bounds. Thrust into this ridiculous situation I needed to find an attorney. There was no way in hell that I was going to plea to something that I didn’t do. I found Lee primarily by searching for a civil rights attorney. Also, I read countless reviews of people who have used him in the past. So I retained Mr. Pearlman. Despite our bad luck of getting a draconian judge who denied our motion to dismiss the case, it was nevertheless reduced to a civil infraction literally the day before the trial was to begin with no fines or court costs. All thanks to Lee. There are plenty of slimy lawyers out there as we all know. I assure you that Lee is not one of them. If you are smart and want the best results for a reasonable fee, hire Lee Pearlman. As you can clearly read for yourself from the many reviews, including mine, Lee is the man. Period.

My case was a case of in the wrong place at the wrong time. Someone looking to get a payout accused me of a hit and run that never took place. When this happened I was 2 weeks from delivering my 2nd baby. I talked to an officer friend of mine who spoke to a state attorney friend of his who referred me to lee. I was very distraught over this. How someone could just lie about something like this. From the moment I spoke to him I knew he was the lawyer for me. He reassured me time and time again that he would get the charges dropped and that's what he did. It took 4 months but it got done and I never stepped foot into a court room! I can finally take a deep breath and enjoy life again! Thanks lee! I would definitely refer him! :)

Lee "Bulldog" Pearlman:
Words cannot even begin to describe how lucky I am to have had the pleasure of having Mr. Pearlman represent me these past two and a half years. Through the ups and downs he continuously kept me informed and reassured. He helped fight for my rights on a first degree felony charge against a persistent state prosecutor who had a personal vendetta against me. I knew from the first day I met Lee that he was the best defense attorney in the Tampa Bay Area, if not the state of Florida. After two hung juries and countless hours of prepping and sleepless nights, the third jury verdict of NOT GUILTY bought my family and I to tears. If it wasn't for Lee Pearlman I have no idea where I would be today. I am a registered nurse and graduate next month to become a Nurse Practitioner. All because of Mr. Pearlman's heartfelt persistence to prove my innocent I will be able to do just that. I kept thinking maybe the third times the charm, when in reality Lee Pearlman was the real charm.

One of the first things I heard when I met Lee Pearlman, Esq. was: “You are NOT a bad person!” After conversing with a slew of “Expert” attorneys, the confidence, assurances and sincere way Lee Pearlman spoke to me, instantly reinforced the feelings I had when we had initially spoken over the phone. I knew inside that I had found the most exceptional, competent and compassionate attorney possible!
I have been married more than 20 years and have 2 extraordinary, gifted and talented teenagers. I have an MBA, I am a Business Director operating an emerging company, I have been a Scout Leader for decades, I am a volunteer for church, Community Councils and events, a volunteer for the Humane Society, children’s sports events and much more.
One Saturday in January 2016 a few days before my 50th birthday, I helped a friend who needed a ride home and she offered to buy dinner out for my upcoming birthday. We had dinner and a couple of drinks then I went home. On my way home I got distracted by something on the road and hit the roadside curb, popping my tire. I pulled over to assess the damage and someone called the police to help me out. Was I ever horrified when the police arrested me for DUI! I refused to take a breathalyzer since I was not even driving and it seemed ridiculous.
I spent the night in lock-up feeling completely berated, deflated, humiliated and mortified. I knew I made an unwise choice being out driving at that time of night but I still cannot believe that the police who are supposed to serve and protect me, would have a part in what could have torn my life into pieces. The woman officer had looked right at me and said “Do you even know what you’ve done?”
I had everything to lose, my family’s respect, my status as an honorable citizen, my job and my self-worth. This jaded officer had no idea what SHE could be doing to ME!
Mr. Pearlman acknowledged this and although he had almost no substantial, helpful or tangible details in my favor to work with, he miraculously managed to have the charges reduced to Careless driving and for refusing the breathalyzer which usually incurs a penalty of at least one year without a license, Mr. Pearlman persuaded the the State to drop the refusal charge entirely! Mr. Pearlman is a brilliant attorney with a caring heart, an outstanding reputation and impeccable skills. I would recommend him above all others in his field!

I contacted Lee Pearlman about my DUI. Lee immediately returned my call, and helped me through the entire process. He always kept me updated about my case. Very easy to work with and always professional. I thought his fee was very reasonable and the outcome couldnt have been better...DISMISSED!
If you need an attorney that knows what he is talking about give him a call.

I was given Mr. Pearlman's name through a friend of mine who is also an attorney in Jacksonville. He has helped me in a few situations I have gotten myself into in the past 4 years. Mr. Pearlman is always professional yet personable, and straight forward. He tells you how it is and what you might be facing and that is what I needed to hear. My last case was a big one due to my high BAC level and it being the 2nd DUI conviction within a 5 year term. Mr. Pearlman told me exactly what to do and always let the Judge know how hard I was working toward changing my life. All of the Judge's I have come in contact with, really seemed to trust Mr. Pearlman's opinion and gave me a fair shot. I was convicted, because I was indeed guilty, but with Mr. Pearlman's help, I received the best the case was going to get. did not return to jail and terminated probation six months early! Thank you Mr. Pearlman! I am glad I had you to represent me at such a difficult time I caused in my life.

Labor Day weekend 2015 in I got a DUI. Unfamiliar with the criminal court systems and having a clean driving record I was Very scared and only wanted the Best to defend me. After doing a lot of research I had picked a lawyer that was known as the DUI guy, after going and meeting with him I had to think more about it as I did not think he was the guy for me. That same day I received a call from Lee Pearlman, as I had received many calls and letters in the mail I was unsure. After thinking it over and doing A lot of research I called Mr. Pearlman very late night, he answered and told him I would like to meet with him, and which I did the next day. I could not have chosen a better lawyer and I come from a family of police and defense attorneys. Mr. Pearlman assured me from the beginning he would fight his hardest till the end, which he did. Not only did he go above and beyond to assure me I would be able to keep my license he was able to have the charge reduced and two of them dismissed! Mr. Pearlman always returned my calls if he didn't answer them(while in court). He kept me updated constantly on what was going on with my case and always put me at ease knowing I would have the best possible outcome. During this time my grandmother passed away(whom raised me) and not only was I facing my first criminal charge I had to bury my grandmother. Again mr. Pearlman went above and beyond to deal with all legal matters on my behalf, while going through this difficult time. In the end all I can say is I was very blessed to have come across this man who not only is extremely knowledgeable of criminal defense but has a heart of gold and willing to fight till the end for you. Very professional and personable I would highly highly recommend Pearlman to anyone facing criminal charges, as I received the best possible outcome I could have hoped for. Thank you Lee!

The absolute best lawyer in the area. I am an RN and had a case. My entire career was threatened and from the first time i met Mr. Pearlman i just felt so safe. He seemed more like family than my lawyer. He always answered when i call and returned calls. He was very honest with me and i really appreciate that. He made me very comfortable with going to court. Case was thrown out and I know if it was not for him I will probably fighting for my nursing career. YOU ARE THE BEST!
