Looking for legal options to live and work in the United States? I am here to help and guide you!
The primary focus of my professional legal career is the practice of U.S. Immigration Law.
What can I do for YOU?
It is my goal to smoothly secure the most appropriate type of visa or other immigration benefit that best suits my client's individual need. Promoting my client's understanding of the various types of visas and the manner in which they can be most appropriately utilized is crucial to me.
Having been practicing U.S. immigration law nearly exclusively since August 2003 and being a registered member of AILA, I am experienced and well-trained in U.S. Immigration matters and am competent to answer your questions and handle your immigration situation.
How am I qualified?
I obtained my license as a lawyer in April 2002, becoming a fully licensed and accredited attorney in Florida, eligible to practice in the highest court of the State of Florida, as well as within the entire federal domain of U.S. Immigration Law, including its agencies.
Consequently, I can represent you or your company worldwide, no matter where you are located. My immigration practice involves virtually all offices of USCIS in the United States, as well as many Embassies and Consulates of the United States across the globe.
I truly enjoy sharing my knowledge and expertise on matters of U.S. immigration law, visa policy, business law and business practices, and issues surrounding business consulting. I am a mentor to many fellow Immigration lawyers and am an active moderator and contributor on immigration lawyer Facebook Groups and Communities, as well as the author of licensed practitioner toolkits for lawyers for certain Visa types.
I also serve as an Adjunct Professor at St. Petersburg College in the Paralegal Studies department, teaching an introductory immigration law course within the Bachelor Degree level paralegal studies program.
Whom do I represent?
The bulk of my cases revolve primarily around business immigration, assisting clients from the world over with working in the United States on various types of business- or employment-based visas. (visas and green cards)
