Mr. Cemovich (Bob) took care of our closing from start to finish. I found him online when we first starting looking for a house in Venice and we were still living up in Illinois. Both Bob and his wife assistant Mitzi were very responsive to all of our questions and provided excellent references for ...our house inspection in Venice and also for mortgage related questions. Most of the work that was done was via email and they were very responsive and answered all our questions in a way that we could understand. All the paperwork we needed for closing was complete and they explained everything that we were signing. Bob and Mitzi are very friendly and after you sit with them awhile you feel like you have known them all your life. My daughter will be moving down to Venice soon and we plan on using the Cemovich firm for their closing as well and I would not hesitate to refer them to others that are moving down in the area. Did I mention the Cemovich's also told me they do wills and trusts so we will probably getting that done there as well.
