Poor performance and communication

Our firm attempts to provide the best possible representation for all of our clients. This includes fully explaining and detailing possible outcomes of a case before a client retains our firm. It should be noted that individual facts and circumstances of a case ultimately determine the outcome. In some cases, the outcome we are able to negotiate may have been far better than the punishments being sought by the State Attorney's Office (prosecutor), but still not meet the expectation of the client. While we cannot comment specifically on the facts and circumstances of this case due to client confidentiality, we can honestly attest that we extend every possible effort to achieve the best possible outcome for every one of our clients.

I hired Melinda for one of my family members and by far she is the worst lawyer I ever hired every time she goes to court she never speaks up always postponing the case. she is on the witness side not her Own client side this is a criminal defense case and I don't think she could handle it.
