this law firm initially solved an old tax problem within about halfanhour. However, it soon became apparent that the firm has significant internal communications problems, surprising because it's not a big firm. They misplaced important documents i sent them. when i called to find out about any progr...ess, i was yelled at four not sending them. Rather thancall me and let them know they hadn't been received, he said hehad assumed i had decided to leave my tax problem only partly solved. (They later found the misplaced forms somewhere in their office.) After that, i was dismissed and talked down to any time i called or emailed. The communication became more and more garbled. i am now left to deal with the IRS widow with few resources and medical problems. They didn't even give me the name of the person they had been talking to our my case number. Theydid give me the generic number to the IRS anyone will get from Information. i received a letter from the IRS demanding full and immediate payment, asked about it, and was rudely told it was a form letter and to ignore it.
