Mr. Waggener is an experienced trial lawyer with more than 3 dozen jury trials tried to verdict. Prior to forming Waggener Law, PLLC, he worked for a law firm which represented insurance companies and at-fault parties. He formed Waggener Law after deciding that representing insurance companies and at-fault parties always seemed to be about lowering the bottom line and not about doing the right thing. He brings this depth of experience to each client he represents in order to help bring about the result that particular client wants.
Waggener Law understands that if you are in need of a personal injury attorney, this matter is personal to you. Maybe you can’t do the things you use to because you’re in pain or you can’t work the same way anymore. Most people do not want a lawyer until they absolutely need them. As a personal injury firm, most of the clients that hire us are coming only at a time of great need. Maybe you’ve been in a car accident or slipped in a store. No matter what, Waggener Law provides each client with a personalized approach to their case or matter.
