Family Law

Divorce and child custody are tricky. Unfortunately, I’ve been through years of court battles. I finally felt confident in my attorney when I retained Mark Sessums. He is the consummate professional, extremely savvy, and kept me on the right track. Mark not only handled delicate situations with fines...se, but also responded aggressively when needed. He took care of it and that is what I needed. He greatly reduced the amount of stress I felt because I knew I was in excellent hands. I highly recommend Mark Sessums.

I have absolutely no complaints about Mr. Sessums or his law group. Any questions i had was answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. I had two concurrent cases with them and I felt at ease during the whole process. Thank you so much for everything that you have done for me. Sessums Law Group was the answer for me.....

Mark, and his staff in Sebring, was the right way for me to go when my first lawyer seemed confused on all divorce issues. I hired Mark to continue my divorce and child support representation. At no time did I feel he was in over his head... He knew what would happen, or at least game me a good idea ...of what would happen, prior to any Judge's decision.. When my divorce finally settled, I hired Mark a second time to go after my first attorney in a Legal Malpractice suit because the prenup was overturned in the Second DCA... Well, that case just settled, and I received a big portion of my lost money back... If I had to hire an attorney in the future, I would not hesitate and go with Mark and his wonderful paralegal, Debbie, in Sebring.....

Excellent attorney, could not have had a better experience.

I have used other attorneys in the past, but have not had the level of professionalism or dedicated attention to my case as I received from Mr. Sessums and his staff.
