Knowledgeable, Trustworthy, and Truly Cares!

I cannot say enough great things about Mark Sessums and his staff. I hired Mark 4 years ago to represent me in a child custody/child support case. My ex-fiancé and I were never married but I had been financially dependent on him as I was a full-time stay-at-home mom. As someone with limited resources... facing an influential ex with seemingly unlimited resources, I am so grateful to have been referred to Mark. Mark handled my case from start to finish through a long and difficult process. During the enormous stress of my case, the one consolation I had was knowing that I was in the best hands possible. Mark knows the law inside and out. His expertise, professionalism, integrity and honesty are unmatched. He was well prepared everytime we met and for every court hearing and mediation. I appreciate that he worked very hard for me behind the scenes, yet did not bombard me with a million and one emails. I was kept in the loop just enough throughout the entire process, and he always answered emails or returned calls in a timely fashion. If he was not available, his paralegals were equally reliable and available. I strongly recommend Mark to anyone who ever has to go through a divorce/custody case involving children. Besides being extremely knowledgeable and professional, he is compassionate and caring, and listens to your concerns as a parent. It will not take long after you first meet him to feel safe and secure, knowing that you are in the best hands possible and that your best interest is protected. He is always there to respond to you and offers an amazing support and assurance. He will always advise you to do the right thing and what is in your and your childrens’ best interest. It’s scary to think how different mine and my daughter’s life would be today if I had not hired Mark to represent me. I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I am, Mark will be the first person I call. Choosing Mark to represent me in my custody/child support case has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my entire life. There are just not enough words to express my gratitude for Mark and his team. My family's life has changed dramatically for the better and I will be forever grateful for everything Sessums Law Group has done.

I knew I was in for the battle of my life when I needed to file for divorce. Hiring Sessums Law Group was hands-down, the best decision for me. During such a horrific time in my life, they quickly became my family away from my real family and protected me each step of the way. In the very beginn...ing, Mr. Sessums advised me a particular way, which I was reluctant to follow at first. I was a novice in this area and filled with fear of the unknown. I took a leap of faith, and it was undeniably the right way to go. This monumental moment instilled trust, confirmed I was in wonderful hands, and demonstrated that he truly was an advocate for my children and me. Mr. Sessums is a master at Family law. What he said he could do for my family was exactly what happened. We collaborated to preserve my character and capture my story. He instilled faith when it was at question, empathy when the act called for it, and firm instruction when deemed necessary. Most importantly, he was thorough, efficient, and we were ready for trial! Mr. Sessums brought justice regarding what mattered most for my children and me. Mr. Sessums took the time to learn who I truly was. To say that he made himself available morning, noon, and night would be an understatement. His availability to communicate was unmeasurable and exceeded far more than what his job titled entailed. Excellent attorney, could not have had a better experience.

I have used other attorneys in the past, but have not had the level of professionalism or dedicated attention to my case as I received from Mr. Sessums and his staff.

PHENOMENAL ATTORNEY!!!

I'm truly not one for leaving any reviews but, I have to say, Mr. Sessums and his staff are INCREDIBLE!! Last year Myself and two young daughters were in a car accident and was the most horrific experience we've ever been in. Following this accident I had retained an attorney and it became clear that... the dynamics of this case were going to be extremely complicated and at his discretion referred me to Mr. Sessums. From the first initial consultation I had with Mr. Sessums he had made me feel like there was a light at the end of this dark tunnel. His Paralegal Ms.Messenger was so pleasant and kept me updated every step of the way and left no grey areas for any questions especially, with her being so thorough. It was at our first initial hearing that I felt Mr. Sessums confidence and from that point I had No doubts that choosing him was the absolute best decision I had made. Mr. Sessums spent several hours on this case as well as personal time after hours/weekends calls, & emails answering and explaining any/all of my questions, NEVER made me feel like a burden with the complexity of this specific case. I'm beyond thankful for all Mr.Sessums and his staff did. The above and beyond, the dedication in a whole was phenomenal. I wasn't expecting anything close to the settlement that was received, but with their help it was significantly much more than imagined. It is now myself and my young daughters can close this chapter in our lives, although it doesn't make it go away, it makes a peace within that Justice was served appropriately, not to mention representation that gave it their entire all. Again, Thank you Mr.Sessums and Staff for just being absolutely wonderful.

Legal assistance following an auto accident

Many thanks to Mr. Sessums, Ms. Messenger, and other staff members for assistance in recovering a portion of the damages related to a recent accident. The firm is very knowledgeable and professional.
