Worst Ever

Absolutely worst most unprofessional so called attorney I've ever experienced. I only gave his 1 star so I could post this review otherwise it would have been a negative 5. We paid an upfront fee of $10,000 to start. This guy comes to his office wearing shorts and flip flops. He dragged the case on f...or well over a year and when the IRS contacted him about our case he called us on a three way call with the IRS agent and did not disclose that to us before hand. We hand no idea he was on the phone for the first 10 minutes. He continued to ask for more money. He also told us we had to print everything out ourselves and bring any and all paperwork to his office because he refused to pay for the ink and paper! I swear on my life this is true! We finally had to hire a real attorney because he did not even try for a payment plan or offer in compromise literally doing nothing. I doubt this guy has ever even been in a court room. When we interviewed other attorneys they all laughed when they heard his name. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!

Refund Please

Presented case to him with full facts, all documents related to the IRS, etc. Paid him $,$$$'s to represent me and get the true amount owed and reduced if possible. There are extenuating circumstances in my life (as we all have). At first I was comfortable he was apt and a strong partner in the ...battle with the IRS. However, I soon found out he's just a fraud. After he got the final payment from me, he stopped contacting me, and would only respond when I asked him why I was still hearing from the IRS when they should be talking directly to him. From telling me we could go to tax court so issues that don't appear on a 1040 can be heard by a judge (which has never happened, he's never followed up, he's never represented me), he's sent me a letter saying to get on a payment plan. One does not need to spend $,$$$'s of dollars for a tax attorney to get on a payment plan. You can do that yourself with the IRS. For the $,$$$'s of dollars paid to him, he's just an in-person scam like the other tax relief companies you see ads for on TV. Actually, he's more expensive to get the same result. Nothing. Avoid him like the plague, save your money and frustration at lack of representation. (P.S. apparently, he's not licensed in FL)

Worst Attorney in Southeast

Hired Brian for IRS help and he did absolutely nothing to help. We ended up negotiating everything on our own with the IRS Agents. The IRS actually provided more assistance than our well paid lawyer. Just a terrible experience, he's very rude and unprofessional...basically a used car salesman persona...lity on steroids. Be cautious and stay away from this fraud.
