Josh Johnson and Pincus Law
Josh Johnson was unbelievably helpful and professional through all stages of my case and recovery from a car accident. He helped me through seeking and undergoing treatment for all injuries that were sustained during my accident, as well as putting me in contact with specialist that can assist me should any ailments resurface. From beginning to end I never had to worry or discuss billing for any services or insurance companies. At the same time I was always made aware and kept informed as to what my options were and the status of my case. I am happy to have had Joshua and the Pincus Law team assist me through a difficult and trying time that would have been impossible to get past alone.

I did not know what hit me in November. Turns out it was an uninsured motorist. I reached out to Mr. Johnson who immediately helped me with Physical Therapy, The ins and outs of my vehicle insurance. Above and Beyond
Josh went above and beyond to make sure that this process was as smooth and seem less as possible. I had no idea what to expect after my accident but Josh broke it down, step by step and explained the process and what was to come with each step. He answered every question I had and made sure that any updates were communicated back to me quickly. He really made a horrible event in my life easier to get through. I would highly recommend to go to Josh after a car accident.

I have never had to hire a lawyer before and didn't know where to start, josh was referred to me by a family member and when I met with him for a consult I knew right away I wanted to hire him for my case. A cut above the rest
In April 2022 I was hit by a drunk driver and injured, my car was totaled. Josh Johnson went way out of his way to visit me at home as I recuperated so that we could get the process started. He fought to get me a rental car until I received the funds to replace mine and then he worked some magic to reduce HUGE bills to give me the most money possible. I was seriously worried he wasn’t taking a penny for himself ! Josh Johnson was never too busy to take a call or answer a text which is amazing considering he welcomed a brand new baby during all this ! He is an excellent lawyer
Last January, I had an really bad car accident with 6 cars and 13 people are involved. English is not my first language so I had a hard time to deal with all the paperwork. Then I decided to hire Joshua to be my lawyer and that was a good decision. He really spent time for my case, anything I don’t understand about the case, i can just text or call him (if u hire a famous lawyer, usually they dont let u call or text directly to the lawyer, so u had to contact their assistant first and it will take forever). Will recommend Joshua to my friends and my family.
