Mark is that attorney who calls as he sees' it irregardless of what you think or feel. Although Mark seems open to discussion. In my question, Mark showed me I had egg on my face, using "Google law" as he put it.. Mark corrected me giving me the correct statue. Ultimately the State Attorney agreed w...ith my assessment over Marks' leave it alone wisdom. Nothing wrong with being cautious against overwhelming odds, it's foolish not to be.. I asked about a potential business opportunity and what the legal cost would be and Mark went above and beyond to not only give me the Legal cost of the situation but also the risk. If I was only given the legal point of view I may of created that business but after accessing the legal and also risk ...he mentioned I will not create that business, which saved me a bunch of time and money!

i was very lucky that Mr Tischhauser took the time to answer my legal question, not only he very knowledgeable in the practice of law. He was very patient with me as I try to rewrite the law so that it works in my best in my favor. I have learn so much from Mr. Tischhauser. He is not like most of th...e lawyers that have no patient in explaining how the law works and what would be in my best interest. He did not make me feel intimidated, nervous or frighten.
