He took a lot of time to address my concerns. He was not able to help me though because the deal maker was unscrupulous in pulling me into a deal that was not what it seemed on face value. The dealership overvalued my vehicle on the GAP plan via the NADA, so they ultimately didn't have to pay on the ...written value. Also, I never received the 2nd page of the GAP which states if I refinance even for a better rate they wont pay. Must be a dirty little deal between the dealership, Finance company & GAP.....BUYER BEWARE

Told me he is an atty and he knows what he's talking about in other words because i'm not a lawyer i know nothing. He made judgement and wouldn't listed to the true facts. He wouldn't listen when i tried to explain something he would talk over me in a very unprofessional arrogant manner. He never ans...wered the question i had about my situation only made an arrogant assumption of false facts he created and not the true facts in regards to the situation i'm in. He very rude and hung up on me. Wow very unprofessional and rude. Maybe he was having a bad day but he didn't have to treat us in that way as we are in a bad situation dealing with others lieing and also making threats of bodily harm wasn't able to discuss any of this as he wouldn't listen he just wanted to rant and he did.

I have never personally met Mr. Tischhauser, but I recognize him to be filled with confidence without any hint of intimidation of fear what he states as the facts. A persons strengths and powers are fully expressed when they chose to not act condescending towards others that are not as strong as they... are in whatever area of expertise that they excel. Yes, I guess you can say that Mr. Tischhauser is a hero in my eyes, saving me from a great deal of life's added mental anguishes. He skillfully and quickly by his direct and honest expressions removed and extinguished the lit fuse that I had for concerns for a harassing related experience that I had. He clearly and plainly using layman's terms directed me that my issue was not practical beyond being an ego boosting of my personal character and fighting for my rights expensive scenario, which would only lead to a financial burden to me and a case that most attorneys would shy away from or avoid to take due to the amount of stress and emotions that were involved with the concerns that I had related over the online forum where I had presented my concerns. I really do appreciate the honest splash of cold water on my face that sobered up my blinded by anger ideas.
