Mark and I have had several discussions regarding my 5-year long "war" with Bank of America on a Quiet Title action I filed in 2014. I have not made a mortgage payment since 2008 and I am NOT in foreclosure because I'm not your average pro se litigant! Mark knows the TRUTH about how the system REALLY... works, just like I do! As pro se litigants, whether Plaintiff or Defendant, the deck is stacked against us! The crooked, unethical, self-serving adversarial lawyers we face will invariably resort to bad faith conduct and abusive litigation practices every chance they get and most of the time they get away with it because most pro se litigants don't know the Rules or how things are supposed to be done! So when Mark gives you his honest opinion of your situation and lays out the "hard cold facts of life", you would be wise to listen! He is an experienced lawyer...YOU ARE NOT! And here's another thing Mark knows...Regardless of what most of us may have heard about how judges are supposed to give pro se litigants extra assistance and consideration to help us "navigate the maze of civil litigation"...don't kid yourself! The judges DESPISE us!!! They HATE presiding over cases where there's a pro se litigant, ESPECIALLY if that pro se litigant happens to be the Plaintiff! As far as judges are concerned...we are just a WASTE their "valuable time and resources" and they seldom, if ever, grant favorable rulings to someone who shows up in Court asking for JUSTICE without a lawyer! I LIKE the way Mark does it! He gives people his honest, straightforward opinion about their situation, even if it means telling some of you people things you DON'T want to hear! Like it or not, you damn well at least better consider what he tells you. Mark and I don't necessarily agree on all points, but his insight into several aspects of my case has been invaluable and in my (VERY experienced) opinion, the bottom line is this...I would rather have Mark give me his BLUNT, HONEST opinion than wind up with some slick, greedy civil "litigator" who tells me ONLY what I want to hear, convinces me to retain him, "milks" me for every last penny in attorney's fees, while all along knowing that the case is a "LOSER"! If I was in the position to hire Mark to represent me, I would do so without hesitation!

Last year my family and I were in a rear-end accident where a another driver hit us. Mark was more than helpful. He showed up to my house to drop off the paperwork and to go over the case and any information we had at the time. He worked extremely hard to get us everything that we deserved, giving us... the advice we needed along the way. Now, unfortunately for me, he is working on my second car accident case where someone hit me again. He called me as I was getting checked out in the hospital and reassured me that he would do the best he could again on this case and to make sure I was ok. I have been more than satisfied with his service. He is an honest person and doesn’t hesitate to give you his experienced opinion. I’m hoping I don’t get into another accident but if so Mark will be my first phone call.
