Mr. Tischhauser was quick to respond to my inquiry and kind enough to really talk it out, even though I hadn’t hired him. And trust me, I had questions and concerns for miles. He explained several options and recommended I protect myself with council, which I have since done. In case anyone forgets, ...lawyers aren’t here to caudle us. You’re hiring someone to fight for you, not hug you. Mr Tischhauser is honest, knowledgeable, and to the point, which in my opinion are exactly what we as the general public should look for in an attorney.

If your looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear and not the unbridled bitter truth then don't contact Mark. If you want someone who seems to have a wide vast knowledge of the issues at stake and takes the time out of his schedule to actually read and respond to your post (even though ...he is on the other side of the state and has no possibility of getting a client from this) then this is your guy. Mark replied to my question immediately and followed up on a reply promptly. While his "Bedside Manner" is criticized by the so-called "trolls" that seem to only want coddled, if I were to go to battle in the courtroom I would want the quick wit and candor of someone like Mark on my side.

Told me he is an atty and he knows what he's talking about in other words because i'm not a lawyer i know nothing. He made judgement and wouldn't listed to the true facts. He wouldn't listen when i tried to explain something he would talk over me in a very unprofessional arrogant manner. Maybe he was having a bad day but he didn't have to treat us in that way as we are in a bad situation dealing with others lieing and also making threats of bodily harm wasn't able to discuss any of this as he wouldn't listen he just wanted to rant and he did.
