Excellent lawyer

I hired Mark in 2017 when I got rear ended on US 19. Mark was EXTREMELY helpful every step of the way, especially since I’ve never been in an accident before. He made the ENTIRE process easy for me. I honestly would recommend him to everyone I know. A few years later he helped my husband with his acc...ident as well. Mark is a very honest guy, he will tell you the truth even if it’s not what you want to hear. He will not sugar coat anything or lie, unlike most attorneys that just want your money.

Bulldog that works for YOU!

Mark handled my accident case and was not nice, meaning he wasn't playing around with the insurance companies. He worked for ME! I was always kept informed and knowledgeable about everything that had to do with my case. Very satisfied with the outcome and service from start to finish. Highly rec...ommend Mark.

Mark is knowledgeable and aggressive

I have known Mark for more than twenty years. He handed a consumer matter for me involving an improper negative credit review. He sued the creditor and was successful in getting the negative credit removed and the creditor paid my attorneys fees and statutory damages to me. He kept me informed and ag...gressively pursued my claim. I would recommend him highly. You cannot go wrong in hiring Mark.

This guy is actually great, got me an attorney

So, I needed to clarify that my situation was unique and that the plantiff, who is extremely wealthy like with a B, was able to bog down my defense. They actually tried an Covid-19 eviction, so I needed to find an attorney and needed to make clear the damages were if the “pierce the veil” level of... tort, So I took a chance, posted my shitty story, and boom Mark jumps in and says “you’re screwed.” Which I am by the actions of the plantiff’s actual affiliated law group, lol, I mean explain that took a few tries but as soon as I forwarded Mark’s legal opinion and eyebrow raised, and now I’ve raised a new army. Sadly, my other attorney, who was great, has to work with these Florida housing affordable housing, legal aid groups, and charities. So her situation was not being inadequate, she was just in a difficult spot. I am pleased to say I’ve signed the representation agreement and I truly have Mark to thank for it. I’ll refrain from saying which group as we are planning a reenactment of Midway right now. Mark serves a purpose, he is brutally honest, that isn’t a bad trait, in fact I am the same way in my old profession. When you ask an actuary what the answer 2+2 is, we close the door and whisper “What’s your risk tolerance, what are you willing to endure, and what resources will you deploy and sacrifice to get the answer you need?” You see the answer is never simply just 4, it’s whatever the prevailing party in a conflict says it is, and the beginning of the end of my required answer was a pro bono gift from Mark. Every tool has its job. The race is long, if you don’t like the rules, change the framework of the game.

Professional and courteous

Mark answered one of my questions and was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach. He was also extremely patient with me and answered several direct messages as well. I would recommend Mark to anyone who needs an attorney versed in tenant/landlord disputes.
