You can always trust a lawyer who rides motorcycles (even Yamahas)

Because he gets it. We've used Maj for a couple, well several tickets and I've never had a single conviction...still a "safe driver." He won us over when the first time we spoke, he guessed the make and model of the bike I was riding (Ninja) based on where I was and what I was doing. What other lawye...r can do that? He used to be the main guy at a big traffic defense firm here when I first hired him. I've referred a ton of our friends to him. You definitely get what you pay for. Including a call back from him, and an honest opinion on whether or not he can help. In the past I've heard stories from my riding group who've paid some lawyer 99 bucks to fight a case then wound up having to pay a bigger fine and court costs plus do traffic school and pay the lawyer. That, knock on wood, will never happen with this man.

saved my life

Where do I start? I had never been in trouble before besides a stupid thing a couple years ago. I guess I wasn't eligible for PTI because of that. He explained my options, what the law was, what the possible outcome was, let me make payments for the rest of the fees, got my charge thrown out, kept me... employed, saved my drivers license, and i never had to go to court. I had a really embarrassing situation that went away quietly and quickly.

He's so good it'll make you think you can get away with it again

I blew really high. I knew I wasn't supposed to. I had a previous DUI where I refused, but wasn't given a reckless either way. I remembered my previous attorney driving into my head that if I refused again, it would be another separate charge. SO I blew and it was bad. I called the ones I got in the ...mail. I got quoted such high fees from 3 or 4 other lawyers it was honestly depressing. Was referred to Maj through a friend who had used him a couple years ago for her daughter's case. Like other reviewers, I want to say that Maj is so honest. He quoted me a flat fee that wasn't the cheapest, but was far from the most expensive. But here's the thing- he told me literally what he was going to do at every step of the way and I had the utmost of confidence in him the entire time. I'll be honest, when he came to me with the first offer to plea I almost had a heart attack- Jail!? Nope. He told me not to take it. A couple months later I went with him to the thing where he questions the cop and he absolutely grilled the poor guy! A couple months after that I got a slap on the wrist and he was pretty confident he could have gotten it dismissed if I had the guts (or the extra cash) to let him go to trial. But the deal was too good to pass. I would recommend him to anyone, ANYONE. He's just so calm and nice he puts you at ease. But OHBOY when I saw him with that cop I thought, who is this pitbull and where did he come from. . . Awesome attorney. Nice guy. Oh and he explained stuff in laymen's terms but did not talk down to me and didn't try to scare me like most attorneys I talked to. Ever.

DUI

I had a DUI 4 years ago. It was the most mentally, emotionally, physically and financially draining issue I had ever came across my adult life. I was someone who had never been in trouble with the law other than a ticket citation. It was a very embarrassing situation for me. Mr. Vasigh, kept me c...ompletely informed of every hurdle I had to overcome in order to put this matter behind me. From getting my 30 days temporary licence to reviewing the details of my arrest, to giving me very solid legal advice, to being there and fighting for my rights in court, I was extremely grateful for his professionalism, his punctuality and his very compassionate demeanor. He made my issues very relate-able and help me move past what could have been a deal breaker. At that time, I was also dealing with my mother having terminal cancer. He kept me focus and on task (there are quite a few hurdles that you have to do in order to get your license back). I am very grateful for his services and would recommend him to anyone needing to address any legal matters of the court.

A remarkable and impressive young man

I'll admit I was nervous at first because he looked just so young. But Maj has saved the day for my friends and family on three different occasions. I first met him when he represented my daughter in law after she was charged with a DUI. At the time she was just dating my son. I wanted what was best... for her since she was doing well in school and looking to go to law school herself. My son had been charged with a DUI himself the year prior, before I had met this sweet energetic young man. We used a different attorney, a bigshot well known old South Tampa guy, who I spent an embarrassing amount of money to retain. That attorney was able to drop my son's charge down to a reckless driving and I thought that it was worth it. When my daughter in law picked up the charge, the economy had changed in our household so I hired Maj in the hopes that he could do just as good for less. We could not have been more lucky. My family and I were impressed by how well he communicated what was happening and why. With the other attorney, we dealt mostly with legal assistants who weren't as helpful. My daughter in law's case, I'm embarrassed to admit, was not something either of us were proud of. Maj not only got the DUI dropped down to a reckless driving, the probation deal he got her saved us hundreds of dollars in fines compared to what my son had to pay. Most importantly, Maj was a great influence and role model in both of these two kids' lives. He genuinely wanted them to succeed and became an inspiration for both of them to get their act together and not be so reckless. He's a young man wise beyond his years. I agree with one of the other reviewers below, my family is very fortunate to have met him in a difficult time of our lives and although we like him a lot, I'm happy to say we haven't needed his services in quite some time. A side note: if you're into politics, he's a just a hilarious blast to talk to, even though we totally disagree on things.

Wow, thanks so much for the kind words. Send my best to the family. Oh and if memory serves me correct, I thought we agreed on at least a few things :)
