Hello, It is unfortunate that you feel I earned a one star rating. I enjoyed meeting with you and your wife and was very eager to help. So much so that I met you and provided a free consultation almost immediately after our phone conference. I met you at a location close to your home during a time that worked best for your busy schedule. I knew how important this was to the both of you and I wanted to move as quickly as possible to get an early resolution. We even came up with a detailed litigation strategy. However, I believe there was a bit of miscommunication. For instance, I cannot receive text messages on my office number. Unfortunately, I did not receive your text but wish I had.
