This Attorney might be smart but has been off his game for years, After reading great reviews a Family member decided to use him. He would be the nicest guy then snap. He would comment on others after smiling to them and then talking about the same people in a negative way. His staff at the time appe...ared afraid of him. He was not upfront nor consistent with his billings. His focus was definitely on how much he could bill each month and drained my Family member into the ground. Worse he left them Hanging with missed Deadlines and errors in his filings and representation. I was surprised when he was running for a Judge as this is not the kind of person you want on the bench. I think more people are afraid to post bad but after I saw the recent review I couldn't hold back any longer. This has nothing to do with the South American case below and was some years back.

Long story short. I live in Central America and had an issue with a company out of Tampa. I was very clear with Billy that I would not be able to leave here to go to court. Billy made it very clear that I would never have to see the inside of a court room. Also was told that I was looking between $15...-20k max in fees. Well after 4 years of milking me to the sum of +$44k he said that I would have to come to Tampa after all. Going to the States is not a possibility for me and he knew that. As long as I was sending $6k retainers. Avoid at all cost. He won't even return a phone call.
