Gave Options

Mr. Martin came through in the clutch and got me out of some serious trouble. He is very professional and knowledgeable and helped me weigh all of my options before deciding what route to follow. I would, and have, recommended him to friends and family.

The One To Go With

I was arrested in May of 2015 for DUI in Tampa, Florida. Martin was the fourth lawyer I contacted, and based upon his helpful responses and reasonable expectations, I knew he was the one to go with. His fees are very reasonable, and even though my case dragged on for a little over a year, his rates r...emained fixed with no additional charges for motions being filed or court appearances...

He Went The Extra Mile

Martin took the time to explain the charges I was facing and any possible outcomes. He went over defense strategies and answered the many questions I had in detail. He set my mind at ease with the first phone call I made to him. By the time I ended that first phone call I ended my search for a lawyer.... When in the courtroom he had a commanding presence and I felt confident that he would handle my case. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again if need be.

Never Doubted Martin

He is honest and there is BS. He knows what he is doing, that is really important when getting a lawyer. I never doubted Martin and he always gives his best. I recommend the best Lawyer in the country and that is Martin Hernandez.
