Both Joryn and her staff have been awesome. To give a little background, I met with one of her staff back in November 2016. I wanted to sit down with an attorney and go over the evidence that I had collected and get their thoughts on my arguments, just to make sure I had a decent argument and was not way off base. The meeting with her staff went very well.
Fast forward a couple of months and the Final Hearing was going to happen in January 2017. I wanted to meet with a lawyer again, so I scheduled a sit down and this time it was with Joryn herself. I met with Joryn the day before trial. Joryn prepared me very well; we went over the sequence of events, what I should expect after I get in court, how I can use certain evidence to my advantage, the rules of evidence, and general courtroom information. I have a hard time believing there is another lawyer out there that can do what she did prepping me in such a short amount of time.
I will say that trial almost could not have gone any better for me. You hear all of these horror stories about how people get taken to the cleaners. This most definitely did not happen in my case and I am very appreciative of Joryn for her help. Joryn is not your typical lawyer, she genuinely cares for her clients and can identify with what you are going through. Divorce is a very emotional and challenging time in your life; it’s not something anyone ever wants to go through. But if it comes down to it, I would prefer to have the best in my corner looking out for me, and that is what I found in her.

As a new business owner I made the same mistake that so many business owners make. Neglecting thier wives, the ones that have supported them the most, and my marriage was on the brink after 18 yrs. I went to see Joryn and she explained to me that there were options to ending the marriage and one of them was "Collabrative Divorce." Since my wife and I still cared about each other, and had just grown apart, we still wanted the best for each other. I figured that collabrative divorce would be the best option for us to have a peaceful seperation for the both of us. It was days later while making plans to go through with the collabrative divorce when Joryn reached out to me and GAVE me a copy of The Five Love Languages to read. (she could sense that my marriage was not ready to be ended) She suggested that I read it. I did... and it has changed my life. I quickly read the book and applied what I had learned. I am happy to say that applying what I have learned has allowed me to have another chance at saving our marriage. We are currently working things out through counceling and it looks as if our marriage with some work will survive. Hopefully another 18yrs. +. Thank you Joryn for your compassion, knowledge, and insight. Because of you I have a chance at turning this around and I now have the knowledge I need to make our marriage work and stand the test of time.

When I went to ms Jenkins office I was expecting another blood sucking lawyer, I was ready to set my demands but once I met the team I was shocked. After meet with 4 other lawyers which non of them explain the system, what are my options or how can I save money and time, how to try to approach this unknown I was heading to. Ms Jenkins explain everything by stages of the divorce, my options, the amount of money they all involve and how can I do my portion of the process and they would fill in where we can't or aren't able. Ms Jenkins was caring which I never had from a lawyer, problem solving skills are superb. Their office is set up more to a familiar approach which it made me feel like home. She will be my lawyer and defend me and my family . thank you ms Jenkins. I told my family and friends about Ber already.
