Mr. Garcias brought our baby home from prison. She was sentneced and sent down the road. He and his staff worked hard and brought her back to us for the holidays. other lawyers done took our monies and not done nothing. Mr. Garcias worked day and night and fought for us. He is a beast in the cour...troom and we loves him. he is family. this man was touched by God-amen.

Mr. Garcia represented my bf. i called him and set up a appointment with him. He was so real and he spoke where i could hear and understand what he was saying. my bf was scared in jail. we just had a one yar old son. mr. garcia saw my bf in jail on a sunday and calmed his stuff down. mr. garcia... then got 4 charges dropped in a week and then worked out the other charges getting 2 more dropped 2 weeks later and we plead to probation on the last 2 charges. mr. garcia and mr. john at his office kept calling and emailing me updates. he also underststood money was tight so he wroked with me. mr. garcia is a real person.

i was represented by another lawyer because a police officer stopped me when i was exercising. this was done because i was black walking in a black neighborhood. i refused to be arrested for something i did not do. i am 53 years old, a war veteran and have been working at a fortune 500 company for ...23 years. my other lawyer i had before mr. garcia wanted me to plead to probation, i could not. i was referred to mr. garcia who took the case and fought it. mr. garcia filed a motion to suppress and cross examined the officer. man, he was like perry mason. at the end of the hearing, the judge was telling the state that i was the victim and not the cop. justice was done because mr. garcia fougth and kept fighting for me.

I write this more for others to be able to please understand how much this man means to me. My son was charged with several felonies. During this time my husband left me and I was in a financial crisis. Mr. Garcia did not leave me due to me not being able to pay. Mr. Garcia fought harder than any... lawyer and filed several motions that were well written and researched. Mr. Garcia met with me on weekends and on evenings, times when I could meet with him where I would not have to take off from work. Mr. Garcia even talked to my son and encouraged my son to learn from this challenge. At our latest hearing a Motion to Suppress Mr. Garcia was victorioous and as a reslt my son's case was dismissed. Funny thing is after the hearing, Mr. Garcia waived the balance owed. They just don't make them like that anymore.
