Jaime did fabulous on keeping me out of jail and i received 1yr of probation instead, but overall im not sure i would recommend him due to the fact that i feel he w...as more concerned about money and I was not impressed with his attitude or the customer service i received from his office. I write this more for others to be able to please understand how much this man means to me. My son was charged with several felonies. During this time my husband left me and I was in a financial crisis. Mr. Garcia did not leave me due to me not being able to pay. Mr. Garcia fought harder than any... lawyer and filed several motions that were well written and researched. Mr. Garcia met with me on weekends and on evenings, times when I could meet with him where I would not have to take off from work. Mr. Garcia even talked to my son and encouraged my son to learn from this challenge. At our latest hearing a Motion to Suppress Mr. Garcia was victorioous and as a reslt my son's case was dismissed. Funny thing is after the hearing, Mr. Garcia waived the balance owed. They just don't make them like that anymore.
