Terrible lawyer, I hired him to take care of two simultaneous occurring tickets and he only addressed one of which. Later I was told by an officer that my license was suspended for the other ticket that he said he would also take care of. While all this was still going on Mr. Garcia was sending in hi...s associates to continue the case for over several months for the single ticket and not for both so I was also issued a suspended license ticket. I set another date for the ticket that Mr. Garcia said he would take care of and called his office as a test to see if they would even have the courdesy to inform that that if I did not go in to defend and address myself on the other ticket that I would lose my license all over again and of course they told me that Mr. Garcia would be taking care of everything. I knew that was a lie and went into the court to only find his associate trying to continue the case longer and had to inform him of my circumstances. Over all untrustworthy and out for a quick buck.

i was referred to Jaime by an employee at another law firm and hired him in 2010. i was looking at several years in jail by this time. Jaime did fabulous on keeping me out of jail and i received 1yr of probation instead, but overall im not sure i would recommend him due to the fact that i feel he w...as more concerned about money and I was not impressed with his attitude or the customer service i received from his office. He also never kept me informed about my case other than when i would email him first, even if he went to court that day.
