Condominium Law

My wife and I consulted with 2 other lawyers prior to finding David Befeler. David was easy to talk to and it was immediately apparent to us that David had actually read the documents we sent him. He also did additional research on his own into our HOA that we were having issues with. It immediately... became clear to us that David not only knew the law, but understood exactly how we felt, and had a perfect grasp of our situation. We are totally satisfied with the result of our case. David's fees were fair and he produced the desired result. He did it in a professional manner. We highly recommend David Befeler!

Condo Rules and Regs

I cannot say enough great things about Befeler Law Firm, P.A. They have been consulting our engineering firm for more than 4 years now and we are completely satisfied and grateful. He has... reviewed all of our vendor contracts and has been a large part of our real estate process.
