Tom and his team represented us on a BP Horizon claim. They worked diligently on our behalf to a successful conclusion.

We chose Tom Young to handle our Deepwater claim for losses caused by the spill. Tom's firm made the filing and subsequent requirements easy to understand and respond. He did not give up when we were offered -0- for our losses. He worked with us to develop proper and factual responses to requests for information. In the end, we received full settlement of our claim. We believe this was due in very large part, to the diligence of Tom and his exceptional staff who kept us advised and guided us every step of the way.

Christopher Nace, Medical malpractice Attorney
Over the last several years Tom has focused his professional efforts on preventing injury to hard working Americans. He is a leader among a growing group of consumer justice attorneys who are working hard not only to assist families who have suffered through no fault of their own but also to make sure that unnecessary injuries can be avoided.
Gregory Cusimano, Trucking accident Attorney
Tom is an exceptional young man! His vision for ways to help others is rare indeed. What he has done with InjuryBoard as a founder is innovative and far reaching. In addition to helping his clients (which he does very well), he has helped so many many others in an unparalleled indirect way. I endorse this lawyer!
