They take their cut right off the top and after several months of missed payment you now have late payment fees. They tell you not to worry but as time goes by while they are building up your funds the calls start to come & your credit is getting worse. They continue to tell you don't worry & give you a statement to say over the phone to the callers. When a got a letter telling me I was going to be sued, that's when I decided to talk to Robert Geller's office. I hated the idea of filing for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy but it was the only way I could get my life back.
