Armando is a great lawyer who knows the ins and outs of DUI law and will work hard for you. He was able to get my charges reduced and dropped. He is very intelligent and is a great communicator. From the very beginning of my situation he was always upfront and honest about all the possible outcomes. I would definitely recommend Armando to anyone in need of a lawyer to represent them. He is amazing and Tampa is lucky to have him.

After getting picked up on a DUI I called Armondo. He gave me step by step instructions on what I had to do. He approached the case from every angle, hired a PI for research on the scene. Final outcome, a reduced charge with a fine. Armondo gets my highest recommendation!

Did a great job when a family member needed a lawyer. The outcome was fantastic and his fee was very reasonable. We felt very comfortable with him right away. We were just a very small case and he was always extremely responsive. A genuinely nice and caring guy.

I would not recommend this lawyer at all. I hired him because of his rating on here, and I got burned. I had a disorderly intoxication charge and called around to talk to different lawyers to see who I should hire. On the phone he seemed confident and eager to take my case and said he had worked cases like this before. But after I hired him, I realized he is incompetent and acted like he had no time for me. I asked him a simple question about the law on this topic and he said he had no idea and would have to go look up the statute because it had been over a year since he worked a similar case. This is shocking to me that he would talk me into hiring him and not even know anything about the statute nor mention how long it had been since he worked a case like this. Even if it had been over a year, you should know what the law is since this is your job. I would call him and email him and he would take days to reply, and when he did finally call me back, he had an attitude on the phone and acted like he didn't have time to talk to me. I even had to call the courthouse to find out the status of my case because he would not call me back and tell me. The first time I called him after hiring him and left him a (one) voicemail, he called me back and yelled at me because he was in court that day. That's fine if you don't have time for my business, but you should have told me that before I hired you, because there are plenty of other lawyers who would have loved to have my business. He charged me $1,000, and all I got in return was an investigator to notarize 2 witness statements and a poorly written letter that he wrote to the prosecutor. The letter looked as if it was written by a 5th grader. He used the word "through" two times when he meant "throw". He also spelled the word "lunge" as "lounge", and the grammar was horrible. I don't know how he got a JD and not even know how to write a letter. The investigator was also incompetent. He tried for two weeks to get surveillance tape footage and he wanted to charge me extra because he was using up all his time. I told him forget it; I'm not paying any more money for something I could do myself. He also could not even get my witness statements. I had to call the witnesses myself so that he could just put a rubber notarize stamp on it. Seriously, I could have done the lawyer's job and the investigator's job myself (I practically did anyways) and saved myself $1,000. I would recommend you look into other lawyers, because he may seem great based on his ratings on here and how he sells himself, but once he's hired, he's a totally different person.

Armando was always available to speak with me and we spoke on phone or through email. I was able to work out a plan to obtain a wonderful attorney and staff. Armando saved my life and still sends me reminders to keep my butt in check. Thank you

I learned of Armando and Dominic Fariello on the radio. After being arrested for a misdemeanor, I called Mr. Fariello who returned my call within 24 hours on a weekend that he was on vacation. After advising me to contact Mr. Edmiston, Mr. Edmiston, himself, contacted me within an hour. He knowledgeably advised me of the steps he and I needed to take to get the county to drop the case timely. Without setting foot in a court room, Mr. Edmison had my case dropped in two weeks. I was easily able to contact him via voice and text.

During my time of legal trouble, Armando's expertise and guidance allowed me to focus on continuing with my normal life instead of dwelling on my unfortunate situation. I was extremely worried for my career at the time of incident however, with Armando's help I was able to clear my name and am now 100% confident applying to any job. Armando was very responsive to all of my questions during the entire process and I am grateful that I stumbled on an attorney as hardworking as Armando Edmiston.

I have worked as Mr. Edmiston's investigator for over a year and have personally observed his work ethic on dozens of cases. He goes above and beyond for his clients and prepares for trial from day one, gathering evidence for his clients. Whether a civil or criminal litigation matter, Mr. Edmiston is someone to have in your corner. He is ethical, trustworthy, and looks out for his clients best interest.
I highly recommend calling Mr. Edmiston for a free consultation.
