I was rear-ended, my car was totaled, and 2 months later I was still arguing with the at-fault driver's insurance adjuster trying to get my car fixed. Mr. Grimaldi responded to a question I posted on this site and told me that I should call him. At no expense to me, he met with me and clearly explain...ed the legal nuances of the situation and what possible actions I could take. He then contacted the insurance adjuster himself and in less than a week, they settled. I am convinced that the insurer would have continued to brush me off had it not been for Mr. Grimaldi's intervention. He was helpful, professional, he always returned my calls within a day. 10/10!

When it counted the most Mr. Grimaldi lacked effort and professionalism. He called stating the states offer was the same 18 months which I knew. He did not take any approach to reach a resolution I had to be the one to say well can you ask for one year and a day. I would expect the lawyer to say well... here’s what we should do… I feel as though I did the work myself. Had he been more aggressive in his approach as well we may have gotten a better outcome. On top of promises being made to the inmate and then calls me and says something completely different and this is my honest review also why I feel as though paying the large balance is not equal to the amount of work that was put into this case.
