Meticulous and dedicated excellance

Will Hanlon was not only a dedicated and meticulous attorney but also a sincere and relentless advocate for me. He constantly defended not only my case but my reputation as well. After a long, bad marriage and battling war related PTSD for years I had an affair. I came clean about it and was soon fac...ed with many serious accusations from a vindictive and spiteful woman and facing a real chance at prison. Will defended me and exposed the falsehoods against me at every turn. Not only did he defend me against the charges but a politically motivated prosecutor as well. Two out of the three cases where dismissed and I was able to get my rights, dignity and freedom secured on the third. Will Hanlon saved my future, restored my children to me and worked relentlessly at all hours day and night to ensure the best outcome possible. One last note is about his assistant Kathy. She is one of the most professional yet charismatic and empathetic people you could wish for to be on your side. She seems to be part paralegal, part counselor and all advocate. I am extremely pleased by both Will and Kathy’s performance and would say not only are they your advocates and defenders but the best friends you could have at the worst time in your life. Don’t go anywhere else.

Saved my life from a sex crime charge.

Through some incredibly stupid actions on my part I found myself charged with a sex crime and was looking at a minimum sentence of 66 months in prison and a lifetime sex offender status if convicted. I felt like my life was over. I found it incredibly difficult to find an attorney that would even h...andle such cases let alone advertise that they handled them. Therefore I was very relieved to find William Hanlon. While making sure I understood the severity of the charges against me Mr. Hanlon helped me feel like I had a chance. He was always promptly available to calm my fears and explain how he planned to handle my case. Through masterful questioning during the deposition phase of the case, and before the trial started, Mr. Hanlon was able to get the prosecuting attorney to drop all charges against me. He truly saved my life and I will forever be grateful for the superb work he did for me. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Hanlon=Experience/First-Rate Professional

Attorney Hanlon handled our case in the most professional and expeditious manner imaginable. He had a charge against our son filed as a "no charge" dismissal in about a weeks time. Job well done, Counselor

As a practicing attorney, I was shocked to hear that a family member of mine was alleged to have committed a sex crime. Knowing full well the consequences this type of allegation can have on anyone and their future, I immediately reached out to William Hanlon for help. I had every confidence that Mr.... Highly Recommended-

I had the unfortunate altercation at my residence with Hillsborough County's finest Deputies. After lawfully leaving my vehicle with a flat tire on the side of the road. HCSD storm trooped my home on a so called wellness check on the driver (me). HCSH berated, physically assaulted (literally beat ...the sh*t) out of me, after unlawfully entering my residence. Mr. Halon's experienced practice enabled us to breakdown the lies and criminal behavior with their staged cover ups amongst each other. My case was vindicated of not guilty verdict through a jury trial. It was Will Hanlon's experience that won my case.
