Atty. Hanlon is the best

On April 7, 2016 I was arrested for probable cause of child abuse. When I called Atty. Hanlon he did not hesitate to meet with me and make me feel like a priority. He went above and beyond for me to ensure I keep my job as a teacher and basketball coach. This was a serious allegation and my job and ...lively hood was at stake. Atty. Hanlon reassured me that I would be ok. He was sensitive to my feelings and situation. I could have lost everything but thanks to Atty. Hanlon that didnt happen. I cant thank him enough for his due diligence in my case and handling everything for me. He is flexible with payments and doesnt stress you at all. In conclusion, I didnt have to go to court or no charges were filed against me. Atty Hanlon is one of the best attorneys in Tampa you will find. Im glad I hired him to defend me. The clients are his number 1 priority. I encourage anyone who needs a defense attorney to hire Attorney Hanlon.

Thank You Will!!!

I had multiple charges ranging from misdemeanor to felony drug charges, even a very sever battery charge. Will did everything he could to help maintain my innocence, my reputation, and most important my freedom. The past half a year or so I have been dealing with the pending charges over my head. Als...o the judge and most of the judicial and legal system I had in the Citrus County court cases were RELENTLESS! Unlike anything I have ever witnessed. The prosecutor found every possible way to use the words used to define my charges under the Florida state statute against me (which after reading them myself I can say is quite easy). Even Will was surprised that after my first 3 hearings they wouldn't budge. Will fought tooth and nail for me; he did everything that could have possibly have been done to prove my innocence. I am forever grateful to have met such an outstanding person. I now no longer have this hefty burden and great deal of anxiety from wondering if I'm going to be doing 15 years in prison. If you ever have ANY criminal case filed against you, I, without a doubt, whole-heartedly, suggest that you get in touch with Mr. Will Hanlon. Not only is he a great lawyer, he is also a great person. A true miracle worker I would say; I wouldn't be surprised if he could teach the deaf to speak (just kidding). But seriously, Will I just wanted to say thank you, from me and on behalf of my family. Hopefully we don't have to do this again, but I would definitely contact you if I did. So to anybody who needs a lawyer right now. I suggest you stop reading this and call Will.

Excellent Attorney that Delivers Results for You

I was arrested for domestic battery. A charge that, if found guilty, would be very damaging to my career based on my chosen profession. Mr Hanlon spent the time to explain the process and develop a plan for resolving my case quickly with a positive outcome. Don't trust your defense / future to ju...st anyone. Stress reliever

Mr. Hanlon was amazing. My husband had a legal issue the state did not want to drop, and within days of hiring him the charges were completely dropped and we never had to go to court. Meticulous and dedicated excellance

Will Hanlon was not only a dedicated and meticulous attorney but also a sincere and relentless advocate for me. He constantly defended not only my case but my reputation as well. After a long, bad marriage and battling war related PTSD for years I had an affair. I came clean about it and was soon fac...ed with many serious accusations from a vindictive and spiteful woman and facing a real chance at prison. Will defended me and exposed the falsehoods against me at every turn. Not only did he defend me against the charges but a politically motivated prosecutor as well. Two out of the three cases where dismissed and I was able to get my rights, dignity and freedom secured on the third. Will Hanlon saved my future, restored my children to me and worked relentlessly at all hours day and night to ensure the best outcome possible. One last note is about his assistant Kathy. She is one of the most professional yet charismatic and empathetic people you could wish for to be on your side. She seems to be part paralegal, part counselor and all advocate. I am extremely pleased by both Will and Kathy’s performance and would say not only are they your advocates and defenders but the best friends you could have at the worst time in your life.
