Dismissed my felony grand theft charge!

Mr.Hanlon saved me by getting me the best results. He made sure my charges got dismissed within less than a month after my charges were filed. Hiring Mr.Hanlon was the best decision I made!!!

My New Life Starts Now.

I hired Mr. Hanlon at the beginning of this year because I was approaching the half-way point on probation for a sex offense and I was looking to appeal for an early termination of said probation. I wasn't hopeful. I know how sex cases are treated, especially in Florida, and I had severe doubts th...at I'd be given any leniency at all. Mr. Hanlon was immediate in his display of knowledge and compassion for my circumstance. He assured me that even if my motion to early terminate was not granted, that he'd work tirelessly to appeal again and again. This assurance provided a huge relief for me, which I needed at the time. Your see, sex offender probation is no cake walk. I had a 10pm curfew every night. I could not leave the county without permission. I could not attend many types of family events that I enjoyed doing, due to the presence of children. I missed countless shows and events during my 3 years on probation, including my aunt's funeral. My requirement to disclose my information to all prospective jobs and education outlets caused me to look many opportunities - opportunities I could have used to turn my life around. My family was affected by my probation requirements and I was on electronic monitoring, which prevented me from going in water or wearing anything that revealed my ankles. Although I do not desire or expect pity for the requirements I had to meet after committing a sex offense, I can say that the misery I felt on probation was overwhelming. I was only 22 when I made the mistake that changed my life. At 27, Mr. Hanlon has won the motion to release me from probation and give me a new chance at life. Will Hanlon, in many ways, has saved my life by winning my court case and allowing me my freedom once more. I would not have trusted any other lawyer with my future, and I am so happy I put my faith in Will Hanlon. He exceeded my every expectation in proving to the judge that I was a changed man that deserved a second chance. Thank you, Mr. Hanlon, for giving me my life back.

Hanlon works for client's best interest

Being an athlete, getting arrested put myself in a bad spotlight with the public. I had a reputation to uphold as well as a bright future ahead and criminal charges would have hindered that immensely. I was fortunate to find Mr. Hanlon to represent me. He did not take the easy way out but instead lis...tened to me and took his time to do the research necessary to refute the charges. Several weeks later, Mr Hanlon was able to give me a call saying that the prosecutor would not even be filing my case. I cannot thank Mr Hanlon enough for what he did for me, both personally and publicly.

Excellent Lawyer

I live in the Chicagoland area. In June of 2016 my son was arrested (his first arrest) for a misdemeanor and a class three felony. There existed a possibility of up to 5 years in prison. After rushing to Tampa and speaking with several lawyers my son, wife, and I settled on Will Hanlon. We found him... to be an empathetic and genuinely sincere individual. Hid did not sugar coat the severity of the crime and the possible penalties? Additionally he made no promises but did did assure us that he had successfully handled cases like my sons. During the initial consultation, he laid out what seemed to be a very realistic, hopeful, and achievable strategy. Based on this we hired him. Will was able to get a Pre-trial Intervention (PTI) for my son. The result was that after doing community service and meeting several conditions there would be no charges filed. (Called a No File). I should point t out that Will had advised my son to meet those conditions before they were put into the PTI. The end result completion of the PTI was that much easier. Will also offered his services to have the arrest expunged from his record. Will has been available for questions and phone calls any time we needed. I have only one minor criticism of Will. It is that he will tell you that he will call back by a certain time and he does not always do that. Occasionally we had to contact him because he did not contact us by the time and date he said he would. I will point out that he is not cheap. Others out there would have charged us less. However, in the final analysis he was well worth the price. I can and do recommend Will Hanlon without any reservations.

Highly recommended

I contacted Mr. Hanlon on a Monday morning after an innocent mishap while returning home from vacation. I have never ever once been in any sort of trouble other than a speeding ticket once I'm my 51 years. I was so upset and scared and Mr. Hanlon ok the time to listen to what happen and took the ti...me to reassure me that this will not be anything I need to worry about. I'm not a very patient person and I called to follow up on my case often and they were very understanding and answered my questions. I am very satisfied with Mr. Hanlon and his work. Highly recommend if you want the job done.
