Attorney William Hanlon

I moved to Florida approximately a year and a half ago from New York. My son got into an altercation in SoHo in October of 2016 with two males. He wound up being arrested for battery and two other lesser charges. I retained Mr. Hanlon to represent my son in the case. Mr. Hanlon put my mind at eas...e throughout the court process and made a very stressful situation much more comfortable. Throughout all the court appearances, we NEVER had to show to court ourselves. Mr. Hanlon took care of this without needed us to appear. Three months later he notified me , letting me know that the case against me had been dismissed. Between Mr. Hanlon and his knowledgeable office staff, this case was resolved very favorably. I would use Mr. Hanlon anytime I need superior representation. He is, by far, the best attorney I have ever used . I would recommend him to anyone in need of representation.

Dismissed my felony grand theft charge!

Mr.Hanlon saved me by getting me the best results. He made sure my charges got dismissed within less than a month after my charges were filed. Hiring Mr.Hanlon was the best decision I made!!!

Excellent Lawyer

I live in the Chicagoland area. In June of 2016 my son was arrested (his first arrest) for a misdemeanor and a class three felony. There existed a possibility of up to 5 years in prison. After rushing to Tampa and speaking with several lawyers my son, wife, and I settled on Will Hanlon. We found him... to be an empathetic and genuinely sincere individual. Hid did not sugar coat the severity of the crime and the possible penalties? Additionally he made no promises but did did assure us that he had successfully handled cases like my sons. During the initial consultation, he laid out what seemed to be a very realistic, hopeful, and achievable strategy. Based on this we hired him. Will was able to get a Pre-trial Intervention (PTI) for my son. The result was that after doing community service and meeting several conditions there would be no charges filed. (Called a No File). I should point t out that Will had advised my son to meet those conditions before they were put into the PTI. The end result completion of the PTI was that much easier. Will also offered his services to have the arrest expunged from his record. Will has been available for questions and phone calls any time we needed. I have only one minor criticism of Will. It is that he will tell you that he will call back by a certain time and he does not always do that. Occasionally we had to contact him because he did not contact us by the time and date he said he would. I will point out that he is not cheap. Others out there would have charged us less. However, in the final analysis he was well worth the price. I can and do recommend Will Hanlon without any reservations.

Highly recommended

I contacted Mr. Hanlon on a Monday morning after an innocent mishap while returning home from vacation. I have never ever once been in any sort of trouble other than a speeding ticket once I'm my 51 years. I was so upset and scared and Mr. Hanlon ok the time to listen to what happen and took the ti...me to reassure me that this will not be anything I need to worry about. I'm not a very patient person and I called to follow up on my case often and they were very understanding and answered my questions. I am very satisfied with Mr. Hanlon and his work. Highly recommend if you want the job done.

Will Hanlon would get 100 stars if I could give them. He is so professional and goes above and beyond to help you get your case dropped. Mine was a difficult domestic violence case that was so upsetting. But Will continued to put my mind at ease. I would recommend him to anyone. He gets the job done ...and is always available when you call. His assistant Cathy is so helpful and awesome as well. Thanks sooooooo much for all you did for me!! You are the best. I appreciate you not giving up on this case.
