Attorney William Hanlon

I moved to Florida approximately a year and a half ago from New York. My son got into an altercation in SoHo in October of 2016 with two males. He wound up being arrested for battery and two other lesser charges. I retained Mr. Hanlon to represent my son in the case. Mr. Hanlon put my mind at eas...e throughout the court process and made a very stressful situation much more comfortable. Throughout all the court appearances, we NEVER had to show to court ourselves. Mr. Hanlon took care of this without needed us to appear. Three months later he notified me , letting me know that the case against me had been dismissed. Between Mr. Hanlon and his knowledgeable office staff, this case was resolved very favorably. I would use Mr. Hanlon anytime I need superior representation. He is, by far, the best attorney I have ever used . I would recommend him to anyone in need of representation.

Great Attorney

Attorney Hanlon was excellent! As a physician, a DUI could have had a huge impact on my career, as well as on my independence and my relationships, as it would have severely limited my driving privileges. Attorney Hanlon was able to get the charge reduced to a reckless driving, which greatly reduced... the penalties and made my life significantly more manageable, and for that I am very greatful.

Excellent Attorney who turned a situation into a solution.

It was brought to my attention that I had a warrant (no bond) on myself. The person I was involved with had called the sheriff department and filed a complaint against me for aggravated assault. I’m a truck driver and was on-the-road. Being on-the-road had put me in a vulnerable situation because I ...have to go through state weight scales. This had made my job uncomfortable. I called an attorney to resolve the situation, I wasn’t comfortable with this particular attorney although his price was within my range. So I did a little research for the next attorney, in which I contacted Mr. William Hanlon. After talking to Mr. Hanlon I was at ease. Mr. Hanlon’s original price was out of my range, he made an adjustment that I could manage. Mr. Hanlon was very upfront and honest, I appreciate his concern for my case and I did not feel like just another client. Mr. Hanlon, although busy, handled my case as if I were his only client and I’m forever grateful to him. It feels good to have an attorney who treats his client as an individual. Thank you, Mr. Hanlon.

Exelent defence lawer

Mr Hanlon cleared up a 27yaer old voilation of probatin that i racently found out about ,i did not needto go to fla as i live in califonia. He was verry agresive and profesonal,and anserd all my questions .he was able to have the warrent withdrawn and probation termanated verry quickley and painless...ly .I woud recomend him to anyone in need THANKS WILL
