I was a marriedI was falsely accused of sexual assault months after having a consenual encounter with another servicemember. My command thought I was guilty from the beginning. If it wasn't for Mr. Belicki and my military defense team, I wouldn't be writing this letter. I am home with my family and have a wonderful job and it's all thanks to them. It does make me sad that the alleged victim gets to stay in the military after multiple false allegations but I'm happy I'm not in prison. I am a Chief Warrant Officer in the Marine Corps and stationed on Okinawa. The path I took to Bilecki and Tipon was shattering and terrifying.
