Yo entre con una visa de tránsito (para un tercer país ) y dicha visa no calificaba para hacer un ajuste, yo fui a 4 abogados y todo me dieron la misma noticia que no podía cambiar mi estatus pero no me di por vencido y visite la oficina de este señor Gordon o Richard y con mucha convincente y domini...o del tema me dijo que si podía hacerme el ajuste y así lo hizo gracias a Dios y su experiencia.
