If you want the crème de la crème of attorney's in the State of Florida and who also happens to be the Super Hero amongst workman's compensation attorney's, then you need to hire Mike Winer.
I dubbed Mr. Winer as the super hero The Flash. The reason being, is that he has and displays the power and abilities of The Flash, which are: All incarnations of the Flash can move, think, and react at light speeds as well as having superhuman endurance that allows them to run incredible distances.
This is what Mr. Winer will do for you in your work comp. case.....He will move swiftly, very intelligently and brace himself with the endurance to see your case through to get you back to a healthier and happier state of mind. Mr. Winer, fully understands what his clients are going through.
Also, I couldn't go without mentioning Danielle Sciarra, [Mr. Winer's paralegal]. Ms. Sciarra is an amazing asset to Mr. Winer. Because she is like Supergirl, I have also dubbed her as a super hero. Ms. Sciarra obviously works closely with Mr. Winer and doesn't dilly-dally around when it comes to your case. She stays on top of things obtaining one's most recent records and filing for PFB's when needed.
I am totally satisfied with Mr. Winer and his abilities to have helped me in reaching a settlement in my workman's compensation case.
So, hands down and without any hesitation or doubt, if you are injured in the workplace, and not receiving proper care for your injury, please pick of the phone and call attorney Mike Winer.....You will be relieved and thankful you did.
