Eric is my HOA lawyer. His fiduciary duty’s are to protect the members. In my opinion. He protects his own interests and runs up HOA legal cost . His resolutions and amendments are so ambiguous that you are guaranteed to need more legal fees! He passes every amendment as a resolution so it is so amb...iguous that the HOA community needs legal guidance to ensure that he has $$ to pay his light bill.
