I would say that Elliott Wilcox would be the best choice to represent anyone who has been arrested for a DUI. He is very knowledgeable, personable and caring. I refused to take the alcohol breath test but performed field sobriety tests. However, I was still charged with a DUI. Elliott was able to neg...otiate a plea deal which resulted in no permanent loss of license, no conviction of any charges, and no adverse affect to my insurance rates.
